Check-in 4 Charity is a program designed for companies to make a difference in lives with the help of their customers or patients. Quest Johnson Orthodontics is a check-in 4 charity member, which means we encourage our patients to check-in at our office to generate donations every month. The idea is, if people check-in at our office, we will donate to the designated charity of the month!
